Cross-Linking Reagents

Introduction

A divalent reagent is a reagent having two functional groups and is widely used in immunoassays and protein research. Dojin Kagaku offers a variety of divalent reagents with different spacer chain lengths and functional groups, so select the one that best suits your needs. Hetero-bifunctional Reagents is a group of reagents that have an NHS ester (OSu) group that reacts with a primary amino group and a maleimide group that reacts with a thiol (SH group). POD and POD for proteins with SH groups such as Fab'. It can be used when binding enzymes such as ALP. Homo-bifunctional Reagents are a group of reagents with two NHS esters. It can be used to bind two proteins in close proximity to each other, or to make a compound having an amino group reactive with an amino group.
